The 1JH-180 straw crushing and returning to field machine is an agricultural implement driven by the power take-off shaft of a tractor. It uses the combined movement of two sets of rotary blades rotating and the forward movement of the machine to crush the straws on the ridges. To improve the crushing quality, a set of fixed blades is installed in front of the crushing mechanism to facilitate the crushing of the straws. Its performance features include the ability to complete the straw crushing operation at one time, with high efficiency and good quality.
Scope of Application: It is suitable for crushing the straws of various crops. It can work normally when the soil moisture content is not more than 20%. Operating beyond the applicable range may lead to a decline in the operation performance and a shortening of the machine's service life.
It can be matched with tractors with a power of 60-67.5 kW, and the transmission mode is all-gear transmission. Its structural feature is that the whole machine has good rigidity and reliable operation.
